Our apartments are priced well below market rate.  Many people wonder why.  The answer is that we are owner operated.  The management company is the ownership, and we therefore cut out the 15% management fee that those companies demand.

By doing so, we not only streamline the management process, but pass the savings on to you, our tenants.

All of our apartments are true lofts. Our buildings were converted from warehouse purposes into residential in the early 1990s.  Because of this, your apartment will have true loft characteristics:  High ceilings, wide open space, and big window bays.

We take pride in offering our tenants a true loft living experience.

Approximately 1000 square feet of open space.  11 foot ceilings and wide window bays.  Our premium loft units start at just $1395 a month.

Spacious Bathrooms 

In addition to our updated kitchens, most of our apartments have refurbished bathrooms, providing updated tiles, lighting and cabinets. No expense is spared to create well designed space.

Many of our units have updated kitchens with european cabinetry.  These spacious kitchens contribute to the sleek, urban feel of our designer lofts.
